Payment for the limo service will be made directly to the driver upon completion of the journey. Please ensure that you have the agreed-upon payment method available at the end of the trip.

3. Vehicle Availability:

While we strive to provide the specific vehicle model selected during the booking process, we cannot guarantee its availability due to unforeseen circumstances or events. In such cases, we will provide a suitable alternative vehicle of equal or higher quality. By booking our limo service, you agree to accept the provided alternative vehicle under such circumstances.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation fees. In case of a cancellation within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact our customer support for more information on refunds and cancellation fees.

5. Changes to Booking:

Any changes to your booking, such as adjustments to pickup time, location, or other details, must be communicated to our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, especially on short notice.
